Please help not sure if its a compatible build (First Time Builder)

Hi,
Its my first build and I'm not sure which one of the builds that I've created is going to work. I plugged these components into PCPartPicker and I'm not so confident of the build. Please give me as much information that you have about this or suggestions that'd help my build be a success. Also I know that it doesn't have a OS but I plan on getting Windows 8.1 64bit. By the way, I do not wanna go over $350 since its my budget for now.

P.S.: Do you guys have any suggestions for a monitor, keyboard, and mouse that'd be cheap but still playable? (I'll most likely be playing MOBA games like Heroes of the Storm)

Looks pretty good fella.
Just a consideration,4gb ram isn't much in today's standard. Try jumping to 8gb if budget allows.
Other than that, looks good.
Any generic kbm will do, you don't need all those flashy lights. Mouse only needs dpi adjustment.
Maybe a second hand 1080p monitor coz your budget is so tight?
