I will pretty much only be playing WoW

The will handle every game at high-ultra, but if it's only for WoW than you could get something much cheaper. I don't play WoW but according to my friend SSDs can come in pretty handy if your getting ganked as you will load up much faster when you switch between areas.

Do I need overclocking though?
Could you possibly link me a build like that without overclocking, I found out it hurts my computer.
And if I ordered all those parts, would they all fit and work together mate?

Just so you know, with the build you put together the HAF 912 doesn't have front USB 3.0 ports and the Corsair CX series use cheap capacitors and aren't recommended in gaming rigs.

The Asrock H97 Performance and Fatal1ty Killer have an awesome deal on at the moment. If you want M.2/Sata Express get the killer, but if you don't then get the performance.

Yes it will all work together. It's a great motherboard, just has a good deal on at the moment, $30 off. Also Z series motherboards are more expensive as they are made for overclocking.

Do you find overclocking necessary? And do you think that graphics card will run WoW on like 120 fps?

As I said I don't play nor pay much attention to WoW so i'm 100% sure about what FPS you should be getting but from what i've read with the combination you should get well over 120 fps in world and arenas but maybe only 30fps in 25p raid. This is all from what i've read others discussing but apparently it has to do with how WoW is coded and no one really gets much better. The engine is very inefficient and the limiting factor in your FPS is going to be the single threaded performance on the CPU. Overclocking helps with getting some extra frames, but it's not game changing in that you can suddenly play on higher settings.
