Please help PC is going down! Might be the CPU

Soo i have been getting allot of bsods lately and i think my cpu is going down for the count. Problem is idk for sure if its the CPU i thought at first it might have been the GPU (GTX 590) so i grabbed a GTX 770 and the problems still remain.i updated my bios but that dint really seem to help. Today it bsod when i was running 3dMark.11 after i went and bought my new GTX 770. Then i ran Prime95 Blend test and almost instantly got a blue screen. Both blue screens had the message A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor. I've also had a strange issue with my monitor were for like .2 seconds its almost like the image is cloned and overlapping the original image. That issue fixed after installing a new video driver on my old card. It just happened on my new card when i was in the Bios Checking my Settings. I ran Prime95 again On the tests Small FFT s and Blend for about 5 minutes each and no crash. Also i am not overclocked and my temps are all pretty average except the proccesor it runs around 81 c when running Prime95 and around 64 c when playing Skyrim.

750W power supply

Idk if anyone needs to know this stuff but its there anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first your cpu is with stock cooler and what temp you have on idle it would be a good idea to redo the paste with a good one then check your memory with memtest and use this to read the minidump files in plain text http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

Thank you ill give this a shot. Im actually going threw my pc right now checking my sticks of ram. Also my cpu idles around 44 c and yes stock cooler.

Well i took out my third ram stick and windows freaked out and tried to repair it self. it failed then started normally like nothing happened. It scares me because this is an issue i had with my SSD where windows would just fail to load try and repair then i would have to re-install it.
