Vga driver: Adrenaline 19.9.3

It is not. The Corsair CX is a solid budget PSU and typically the least expensive PSU worth buying in most western countries. That's about the minimum you can expect to spend on a PSU of at least decent quality; the PSU you linked, while not quite as horrifyingly bad as your existing one, isn't a good choice or a good buy.

It's a solid budget PSU. While I will normally get things on a higher tier, there's nothing wrong with this PSU if you have budget constraints. The modern Corsair CXs (so no green lettering on the PSU) are highly recommended PSUs when trying to save money without endangering your components.

Honestly, I wouldn't stress-test any PC that had that PSU inside of it.

Remove the RX570 from the system and run the Prime95 test. (sorry, meant to type that earlier)

That's a very poor choice of PSU. One of the "avoid" category.
Someone else already recommended you a PSU. If you don't want to listen then don't ask.

I want to buy a cheap and good psu because the budget is not that big
