Your existing HDD and SSD will probably ork with the new motherboard but you will most likely need to reload Windows. The only way you could keep your current install of windows would be if you only upgraded the processor and the new one was in the same family of processors as the old one, e.g. changing from a 2 core to 4 core processor of the same make and model. I did this with AMD Phenom II processors and Windows picked up the hardware change and booted right up. But if I had changed the motherboard or changed to a new family of processor like an A series or and FX processor, it would not have work.
The motherboard drivers are loaded at the time Windows is installehd so the ones that are on your boot drive now are most likely not going to work for a new motherboard.
Just be sure to back everything up. And after you reload the OS you'll need to re-install your application software.
