[SOLVED] Please help. PSU humming and buzzing.

I woke up this morning.
When I turned my pc on, I noticed an unusual buzzing sound that would repeat every 2 seconds. It's loud in the sense that it will annoy you, although it is quite quiet.
I narrowed it down to the Psu.
I have a EVGA 500W 80 plus.
Whenever I turn it on vertically, the sound occurs.
Whenever I turn it on on its back, it doesn't occur.
Should I be concerned? I am actually really worried about this.
I only built this new pc in July last year.

could be noise from the fan , coilwhine or something can be wrong with it . most likely coilwhine or bearings on the fan .
i used to buy evga , started buying be quiet instead after a few bad units.

To help troubleshoot your problem, list all the parts of your system including the exact model and age of the EVGA PSU.
