Please Help - Sabertooth 990 FX - AMD FX 8350 CPU

Hi guys,
I'm having some trouble with a computer, it's got an Asus Sabertooth 990 FX motherboard, an AMD FX8350 CPU,

This evening it crashed, the mouse would not move, the keyboard lights would not come on, I turn off at mains, turn it back on - powers up but no signal to screen, keyboard lights wont work, turn it off, turn it back on, powers up but turns itself off after 10 second before anything gets onto the screen.

I've managed to get it back on now and it seems to be working again,

Anyone know what the problem could be? the past few days I've noticed that when i'm typing the keyboard is lagging like i'm typing to fast for it?

I've got a massive dual push pull fan cooler, Xilence M606, I've got 2 x 8000 rpm fans on top, 1 fan at front, 1 fan at bottom, 1 fan at the back, 1 fan on the side, 700w psu.

Everything is still under guarantee, I've got a 2tb and a 3tb hard drive connected, been working fine without a problem for about 4 months.

Are you overclocking?
Do you have enough power for the system?

Thanks for getting back to me,
I don't think i'm overclocking, I installed AMD Overdrive to just check the temps,
I've attached a screen shot, I've just an AVG message up with some virus threats on, could that cause the computer not to turn on at all?

Just done the same thing again,
Could it be a cheap power supply that is the problem ?
