- Make sure all cables are connected to the GPU (not into your motherboard!)
- See what your monitor says (No input / going to sleep, or No cable connected)
- Install the latest drivers from Nvidia's site
- Check in NVidia Control Panel wheter it sees the monitor (In the control panel you can enable/disable certain monitors)
If that checks out, you're pretty safe at your GPU's side
You could also check if another computer/laptop can access the monitor through that cable. Or boot the PC with only the HDMI monitor connected. Just to make sure the cable and monitor are working properly
