Question PLEASE HELP!! Speccy detects all 4 stick windows does not ASUS z170-a

Asus z170-a Mother board
Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2)
Ballistix 288-pin DIMM, DDR4 PC4-19200
Intel I5 7500 3.4GHz
GTX1050TI (not sure if that info is needed but yea.

I Have tried clearing CMOS every time I remove reset or do anything in the BIOs with the RAM I have to hit the MemOK button. I Have confirmed that the system boots with all sticks individually. they also show that they are detected while in the BIOS but it says the system is only using 8GB. I am not sure what else to do at this point.

I am not sure at this point but I am thinking of saying fuck it and just use 8GB until I can buy another mother board and possibly upgrade the processor.

If your using multiple kits of memory, they may not be compatible with each other. Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Memory manufacturers don't guarantee multiple kits to be compatible together.
