Question Please Help! Stuck On GNU Grub 2.02 Shell

Help! I cant get into ubuntu without going through gnu grub 2.02 and i dont know the command to extract ubuntu from my files. If someone could walk me through this or give me the commands then that would be awesome! Thanks in advanced! (BTW im trying to boot along side windows 10) click on my profile pic for spec list.

I tried dual booting ubuntu and windows at the same time on first setup of ubuntu.
