Build Advice Please Help System Lag/Shut down new pc

Hi, I’m hoping to get some help on an issue in having.

I just build a new pc and I notice when I boot up the pc the first time my system has a lot of lag. Sometimes when gaming , it’ll either close my application or completely shut down to a blue windows screen. If I restart the pc one-two times it usually goes away. It’s very strange and I want to trouble shoot it. I have updated all of my drivers, and am on the latest windows 10 update. All of my temps are fine as well... Here are my specs.. nothing is overclocked.. I have 2 monitors one 144hz 1080p and one 60hz 1080p



Ryzen 7 2700x with stock cooler

X470 Strix f-gaming mobo

32 gb(4x8) 3200 MHz DDR4 G Skill RGB ram(running at 3200 MHz)

Nvidia RTX 2070 Strix OC

1 tb 960 pro 2.5 ssd

250 gb 970 evo plus nvme(boot drive)

650 W g3 evga power supply



Windows 10 Pro

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Are you on the latest BIOS update for the motherboard? You might want to see if reinstalling the OS after recreating the bootable installer with Windows Media Creation Tools, changes the issue.
