I've just bought this motherboard and everytime I boot it says the slot A memory didn't pass the CPU Test so I can only use one 4Gb stick instead of the 2.

Other than that I can't boot through the cd-rom.

PLease HELP!!!

Memory can typically only be filled into certain memory slots.
If you have 2 sticks of memory and 4 slots, IT MATTERS which slots you put them in.
Check your motherboard manual to find out which slots you need to fill and specifically which one is slot A.
Alternatively, you may have a bad memory stick (DIMM).

No, I have 4 sticks of DDR3 1333Mhz(Compatible with this motherboard) functioning perfectly.
So much so that whenever I put 1 stick in slot A, the computer will not start, and if I put 2, the boot screen tells me that message saying that the slot A did not pass the CPU test and I end up on Windows with 4Gb instead of 8Gb.

By the way this is a RAM 2-slot motherboard.
