Please help to buy graphics card

My pc specs are

ddr2 mother board,
intel core 2 duo processor
4gb ddr2 ram(3.24 usable)
dear friends, can i put msi nvidia gtx50 ti/oc 2gb to this old pc. will it be working fine /
or my processor bottleneck the graphics card . pls help me. after your answer only iam going to buy graphics card.
 
Solution
Depending on the wattage of your PSU, you could go with the 750 Ti. The GPU would be bottle necked, but you could do it. If you want to save a little bit of money and not bottle neck as much, go with the GTX 730.

Thanks but in india gtx series start only from 750 for low cost
gtx 660 , 730 are showing too costly.

I have 300W psu , should i have to buy 400 or 450 W psu.
In 300 w psu , will gtx 750 work or not

I don't understand why the 730 would be more expensive than the 750, but whatever. Yes, a 300 W PSU will be able to support a 750. Just don't expect to go crazy with the overclocking, if you do plan to do any.
 


What case do you have? The size of the card is important.
 


Go for one of the MSI GTX 750 Ti's, but just make sure that it fits in your case.
