what motherboard do you have?

it seems the utility is included in all the bios versions so you can simply download one of them, unzip the file and put it on a USB, and depending on motherboard, put it in a specific USB slot and PC should see it when you restart

first of all.......thank you for your quick replay!!!!!!!!!
this is not taken for granted (-:
this is my motherboard:
ASUS P5G41C-M LX
i have tried the asus support page...
this utilty is not there.
BTW....
i found a youtube video that demonstrates the tool
I've addressed the uploader and ask for this tool
he said to me that the iso file is about 3gb size
and he will upload it to a google drive for everyone
i do hope so!!!!
again.........thank you very much for your response!!!
and if you have other solutions/suggestions for me
i will be glad to hear them from you! (-:

what is the problem anyway? Maybe flashing bios to latest version is all you need?

The ASUS CrashFree BIOS is an auto recovery tool that allows you to restore the BIOS file when it fails or gets corrupted during the updating process. You can restore a corrupted BIOS file using the motherboard support DVD or a removable device that contains the updated BIOS file.

To use asus's crash free bios 3 you must:

Insert the Support Disc into the optical drive or insert a usb with the bios file inside

You must use vga or dvi directly plugged in into the motherboard

After CrashFree BIOS 3 starts working, you will hear 2 short "beeps" sound indicating that the BIOS file is recognized. If you hear 5 short "beeps", it mean no BIOS file is found. Please check whether the Support Disc is the right one for your motherboard, or make sure your optical drive is fully functional.
After hearing 2 short beeps, please wait 4 minutes for the CrashFree BIOS 3 operation to complete.
Restart your system.
