Question Please Help, Turned iGPU off and Cant for the life of me reset the CMOS

I bought a new GPU (RX 5700 XT Anniversary) and CPU (Ryzen 3600) to go with my Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H mobo. The GPU wasnt working so i switched to the Athlon 220GE which has built in vega graphics so i could try and fix things. i went into the BIOS and mucked around with some settings but quite stupidly turned off the iGPU hoping it would all somehow fix it. Anyhow, i now have no signal (as you could probably assume) going to my monitor and im trying desperately to reset my BIOS settings, ive tried seemingly every trick in the book (Taking the CMOS out for 20 minutes, Mucking about with the memory, Trying to short the BIOS) but nothing works and i still get absolutely nought.
