Please help! Upgrading

Okay. I juat got a ibuypower PC as a gift. I dont know alot about computers but I know the GPU could use a upgrade. So i bought a MSI R9 380 4gb GPU. Will I need to upgrade the PSU and CPU?

I have a 350w power supply and a AMD quad core Fx-4300 processer and 8gb of ram.

The computer can be found on walmarts website. Its a ibuypower black gamer WA550B.

Please help. I feel like my PC will bottle neck like crazy.

The PSU will certainly need to be upgraded, but the CPU might be fine. A simple way to tell is to start playing a game, Alt+Tab back into Windows and check CPU usage in Task Manager. If it's at 100%, then the CPU is a bottleneck.

So my after burner app says that My cpu is using 100% so what would be my best cpu i could get. I have a 760GMA-P34 (fx)

What is your budget.

You could look into something like an FX 63000

Honestly any where from $200 to $350 for a new cpu and psu.

I wanna be able to play games like fallout 4 dirt rally and world war z at medium to high settings at 1080p. id like to keep my mother board but if i have to replace it i will.

As for the CPU you could go for a AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core - $120
and for the PSU, a Corsair VS550 550W - $61

That should be fine and that CPU is a fairly good one. Someone else might have a better combo but this is alright.

If you did want to get a little further with general performance you could upgrade mobo as well and go for an Intel chipset but that is fine as is.

Thanks. I thought its would cost more. But i will go with tht set up.
