Please Help! Weird blue tint on screen

Whenever I play a game everything is blue and orange, but when i open I window in front of the game it then looks normal. Nothing else on the computer is tinted. PLEASE HELP!! Also my switch which is also hooked to the monitor looks normal.

Did you enable any sort of colorblind filter in the game or in amd/nvidia control panel?
