Please Help, Where to Download DCOM95 and DCOM98

Just as the title says, does anyone know where I can download the latest versions of DCOM95 and DCOM98? Old versions of OpenOffice requires it to run on Windows 95/98. If someone could give me a link to download these two, it would be very much appreciated.

EDIT: I have found DCOM98 here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=839
But I still cannot find DCOM95.

It appears that DCOM95 is included with Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 from OldVersion.com

I looked there but I can't find any links anywhere to download DCOM95 or DCOM98 anywhere. And it doesn't look like Visual Basic 6.0 is even compatible with Windows 98. I wouldn't even know where to find that program to download it just to get DCOM98.
