Please Help! Windows 7 Won't Install!

Ok, I've tried installing Windows 7 OEM Home Premium 64bit. First time, it kept getting no signal on the monitor after unpacking windows files. So I reset it and went to BIOS to change it to P1 DRW, but then it kept black screening at random points when trying to install Windows. I've been alternating between that and UEFI DRW. PLEADE HELP! THIS IS MY NEW PC BUILD!!!

It's ok, it worked by turning off the PC (meaning getting mad and spamming power button) then trying to do it again, which finally worked
