My rig is

i7 990x
ASUS Rampage III Formula
24GB of Corsair Dominator RAM @1600
2 X 670FTW in SLI

I have my OS on a Corsair Force 3 240GB SSD. Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

Everything was fine until a couple of days ago. No Blue Screen Problems.
I recently installed a Samsung 840 500GB SSD, that I was going to use for my games drive. My games are currently on a Western Digital 2TB Passport.

When trying to copy the games from the WD 2TB to the Samsung 840, I got my first blue screen. The Samsungs firmware was up to date and so were my Marvell SATA 3 drivers.
All RAM passed Memtest86+.

I uninstalled the Samsung SSD and was still having BSOD issues. I just uninstalled all related software and the drivers for it too. Hopefully that helps for the time being until I can figure this out.

I would like to use this drive if possible but not if it's going to mess up my install. Everything is setup just how I want it.

Ultra X4 Modular 1050-Watt ATX Power Supply V2

I don't think it's the psu though, as I had no more BDOD issues after uninstalling the SAMSUNG driver.

There may be a problem between the marvell driver and the Samsung driver. Don't know if I can use this drive.
