Please help with my new cpu

Hello my pentium g4560 cpu started lagging suddenly, today i was playing assassin's creed origins and i played like 1 hour and i changed my shield in game and when i clicked the new one it suddenly went from 30-40 fps to 10, far cry 4 from 40-50 fps on ultra went to 7 and lowering the graphics does not help at all, the temps are fine , below 60 C all the time, it never went above 60,what happened??
I just checked and while i am on desktop the cpu temp is 50 and CPU#0 is always above 20% utilized , what is happening?The cooler is placed correctly and the thermal paste too, it suddenly started this, what can it be?

I had 4 threats on my pc , i just scanned with malwarebytes ,that could be the cause?

2 of those threats were processes
Ok so i deleted the threats but still its slow , when i boot it up , for like 1 minute it works fine and fast after that the mouse is doing that "loading" thing and it slows down , is it caused by an app?

Yep, viruses do disturb the PC's performance.

Ok now CPU#3 is over 25% utilized , sometimes it goes up to 35% utilized and no app is active , what is wrong with it ? Can it just slow down suddenly ?If the cooler would have been placed wrong than it should have been slow all the time not just suddenly no ?

Looks like nothing is wrong there, but you're using AVG along with Malwarebytes huh? Try replacing AVG with Avast. Scan your PC with Avast and check for stuff. BTW, in Ccleaner, gimme screens of all the startup items.
