Question Please help with my options for buying a RX 5700 xt GPU

is getting a brand new VisionTek Radeon RX 5700 XT - 50th anniversary edition for $369.99 a good deal? I know that this card is slightly better than the regular 5700 xt, but my concern is that the card is a blower type and I live in a tropical country and the pc is setup on a non air conditioned room(around 29-36c depending on the weather).

Forget about it. The reference Radeon 5700 cooler is insufficient. Get it if you're going to replace that cooler with a full cover VGA waterblock and custom cool it.
