Please help with my overclocking

Hi you guys I was wondering if you can tell me what i should overclock to? i have an fx-6100 clocked at 3.3 and i'm buying a hyper 212 evo and overclocking it. What should i overclock to to see a significant difference in gaming? like more then a few frames. Also I recently overclocked my 7770 but had to go back to factory settings because it would completely freeze my pc and bsod it, including one time it shut my pc off but wouldnt actually turn off (don't know why) i was very careful turned my fan up alot on my gpu and only overclocked to 1150 (stock was 1095) so any idea what happened?
my setup is

fx-6100
msi 760 gm-p23(FX)
sapphire radeon 7770 1gb gddr5 ghz edition
corsair x600 watt
8 gb patriot viper ram

With such a low end board like the one you have i wouldn't even attempt to OC.

If you do want to OC i wouldn't go any higher then stock volts, you could maybe get 300-400 extra mhz from the cpu.
Any OC on the cpu wont effect fps all that much with that graphics card.
