I would like to build a PC for no more than £300, i already have brought a GTX 650 but I'm really not sure what the best parts would be to buy to go with it. i now have £300 left to spend on all other components. i will be using this PC for gaming.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

So this has some serious issues for gaming with the RAM amount and the CPU choice, but it's the closest I could get it to being respectable for low/medium gaming (for new games anyway) while cutting most corners to save money. If you already have the OS, an extra 75 to 100 pounds could go a long way!

Solution

Thanks for the help i really appreciate you taking the time to help me

No problem, and know that you have two easy upgrade paths available for this system in the future. One would be to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler so you can overclock it, and two would be to get a second 4GB RAM stick (ideally the exact same type) as newer games can benefit from it.
