First of all, thank you for everyone who helped me pick the parts for my last build! This time I'm putting together a new pc for around $1800, with several parts salvaged from my existing rig (PSU, 2 storage drives, peripherals). It will be primarily used for gaming and multimedia, at 3440x1440p 100fps on a 34 inch monitor. I'm buying parts as I find deals, but could really use help on several parts:
1. I picked a "popular" Z370 board, but do you have any other recommendation here? Should I perhaps go with a Z390 board?
2. Due to space constraint, I cannot hardwire my internet connection. What's the best option currently? PCIe wifi card, wifi built-in to motherboard, or powerline?
3. For fan setup, I'm planning on using 2 140mm bequiet SilentWings for front intake, then use the 120mm that came with the Meshify case as exhaust. Would that work well or should I add more?
4. My current rig has a EVGA G3 650W PSU that I've used for about 2 years, can I put it in the new rig or place it?
5. I keep running out of memory when I open many Youtube windows and other Chrome tabs with my current 2x8GB RAM, so I'm going with 2x16GB this time. Is that too overkill?
6. Anything else you see that's not optimal or recommended?

Thank you so much in advance!

Here is my current plan (including several parts already bought and gifts from friends):

Honorable
1. I picked a "popular" Z370 board, but do you have any other recommendation here? Should I perhaps go with a Z390 board?

Due to the high power of the new intel cpus I would say 390, there's the Z390 Extreme, which is pretty good and price..

2. Due to space constraint, I cannot hardwire my internet connection. What's the best option currently? PCIe wifi card, wifi built-in to motherboard, or powerline?
There's plenty of cheap wifi cards ;)

3. For fan setup, I'm planning on using 2 140mm bequiet SilentWings for front intake, then use the 120mm that came with the Meshify case as exhaust. Would that work well or should I add more?

All good
4. My current rig has a EVGA G3 650W PSU that I've used for about 2 years, can I put it in the new rig or place it?

it's pretty good, its a quality PSU.

5. I keep running out of memory when I open many Youtube windows and other Chrome tabs with my current 2x8GB RAM, so I'm going with 2x16GB this time. Is that too overkill?

Never overkill for planing the future...

Thank you! What you said about the 9th gen requiring high power got me thinking, should I go with the i7-8700k instead? It's on sale now and not that much higher than i5-9600k, and I can probably use a more basic Z370 board then?
