Please help with OpenGL

I need some help with OpenGL. This game, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, won't work on my computer because it needs OpenGL 2.0, but apparently I don't have that. How can I fix this? Is there even a way to fix it?

I'm inept when it comes to computer hardware, so I really need some help.

Can you give some specifications of your computer? You either don't have the needed drivers installed or have a really old computer.

I think (I can be wrong) that you have a AMD GPU because they have trouble with OpenGL games such as Wolfenstein & RAGE.
Nvidia GPU`s works far better with OpenGL games (better drivers).

This is really a AMD problem and you can search for a solution on Google.
Mostly you find a solution for you (I did) 😉

Processor: Intel Core 2 CPU 6300 @1.86GHz 1.87GHz
System type: 32-bit operating system

That's what it says when I right click Computer and click Properties. It's not THAT old, just a few years.

I tried to download and install the drivers with this http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect but it always says that it fails, even after I restart my computer.

The CPU information is not very useful. The important thing is the graphics. Is it integrated in the motherboard or is it a separate card. Try using the GPU-Z application. You can download it from http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2452/techpowerup-gpu-z-v0-8-1/. By the way some old integrated graphics don't support OpenGL 2.0.

Unfortunately that integrated graphics does not support OpenGL 2.0. It only supports OpenGL 1.5. That chip is after all over 8 years old. You can try installing a separate graphics card. But I don't know what case the computer uses. Some of them are too small for a separate card.
