Please help with so many glitches

I purchased a new computer about a month ago and it came preinstalled with windows 10 and it is 64 bit. Even thought its new I have had so many issues with it. I have already had two blue screens which froze me up and restarted my computer, and I have never even had those before on my old computer. Also I have three different web browser all three continually close down or give me error messages. Iuse IE, CHrome and Mozilla. One last thing is Jave updates. I KEEP getitng prompted to update java but after I do the message wont go away. Please help Oh yeah one more thing I forgot about. I have dual monitors and from time to time one of them will keep flickering.

it looks at errors and gives a summary
might mention driver name responsible

This may be a stupid question but what is the easiest way to get the specs u are looking for? Are u want all of the system info?

download speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy - just need free version
run program and click file/ save as text file
open text file and copy everything in the summary into here

Ok I downloaded the items under software and software solutions. That should remedy all the problems I am having?

You need to run the program you downloaded and it will update all your out of date drivers, look at videos.

It could, a lot of the times bsod and errors are driver related

I don't know if it fixes Java, you could turn off the auto updates, have a look under Java settings on here: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/java_update.xml

You can also download CCleaner and run the registry scan to clean all the broken values in there.
