[SOLVED] Please help with suggestions for building one PC for stream only and one for Gaming.

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your suggestions. As well first of all sorry for the bad English.

So up to my question.
Can you please suggest me parts for :

1. PC only for streaming.
2. PC only for gaming.

As well I would like to ask.
I am having a Laptop Lenovo Y510p with these specs:

1TB SSD

CPU:
Intel Core i7 (4th Gen) 4700MQ / 2.4 GHz - Max Turbo Speed 3.4 GHz QUAD CORE

16 GB RAM DD3L 1600 Mhz

SLI GT 755M 2 GB EACH.

I would like to know can i use it for streaming only and use a PC that is build for gaming only.

Hello,mate and thanks for the fast answer.
My budget is about 1000-1500 total (Euro) if possible with monitor/monitors.
I could upgrade something in the future if the budget is low. If there is a way I can fit in this budget or less it will be great.

If you could suggest anything I would read it and take it as an advice.

For 1500 Euro you can build a nice gaming rig, I also included the OS price as people won't want to see the watermark when your streaming.
