Question Please help wont boot in 4x ram slots

Specs
Q6600 processor
Intel D975XBX2 mother board
Transcend 2gb x 4 rams ddr2 800 identical ( kit )

Story : PC was working fine 8gbs ram no issues for years . Two weeks ago turned on pc message ( ram not equal to channel A ) PC booted
Next day no boot
Test all ram sticks 1 by 1 works
PC booted on 3 sticks 2x in channel b and x 1 channel a

NEXT day no boot
ram booted 2x in channel b

Now it i boot if i add 4x ram sticks
only boots in 2 x ram in channel b


Steps i tired so far

• Took of battery
• reset bios to def
• increase ram volt
• Clean the slots and pc
• checked no damage
• Going crazy and not sure what to do now

Please help me sort out this problem

I’m not sure if the memory controller is on the cpu or the motherboard on that platform. My first thought is the memory controller is failing.

I’d try running MemTest on each stick of RAM just to rule out problems with the sticks.

Already tested sticks , also tired extra sticks 2gbs from my other duocore 8600e

memory control i think its on the mother board it was always setted on auto and was no issues all these years
i tired switching to manual setting , inputted the setting according to board manual guide
also tired other settings

But still no luck will not boot in duel channel or in channel A
