My computer will turn on but I can't do anything on it and my Internet won't even come up?

does the keyboard an mouse work - ie does the pointer move on the screen and does the caps lock light go on and off if you press the caps lock key ?

If both the keyboard and mouse work as mentioned above then check for the front of the case. Most cases have a power LED and a Hard Drive activity LED... if the one for the Hard drive is constantly on then come back and let us know
