Whats infected? What group does this malware/virus come under? etc etc

no point just putting up hikack this without explaining what you have done so far what the virus does etc.

You dont walk into the doctors and just say im sick??! Fix me!

If you think you have spyware, run Malwarebytes in SafeMode, it cleans out better than anything else I have tried. As fownag pointed out, what is the issue here? I don't see anything bad in the log.
