Question Please help!

I went to upgrade my stock cooler on my RYZEN 5 2400G with a aio cooler. When I unscrewed my stock cooler it pulled the CPU out of the socket and now it will not sit back in. I looked at the pins and there straight as can be from what I can see. Anyone have any suggestions would be appreciated

Can you post pictures? The CPU shouldn't come out when removing the cooler.

I looked close the CPU little pins are bent. I have no way to bend it back. I can't believe it came out attached to cooler.
