500 Watt power supply

1 X 20+4 PIN MAIN CONNECTOR

The problem is not the size of the PSU, it's the quality. What wattage is it per chance anyway?

Typically the Dell OEM PSUs are very poor quality -
if it is one of their poor quality ones, then I would avoid upgrading until the PSU is upgraded, as a poor quality PSU can cause instability, and also risk damage to the rest of your components - and the last thing we'd want you to do is buy new components for a bad PSU to take them out.

Do you know what PSU model exactly is in it?

It depends which 7010 you got, and if it's proprietory, you should look in your PC itself or in the manual - if it is standardised ATX, then yet it will be fine.

However Dell OEM often make proprietory gear so that it can't be easily upgraded.
