I finally fixed my windows 7, I put the boot files in there, but is it safe to delete windows 7 from msconfig, since it has boot files now. Btw SSD windows 10 HDD windows 7.

Yes, you can delete Windows 7 from the msconfig boot tab. While this will not delete Windows 7 from your PC, it will remove it from your Boot manager, so your PC will boot past the boot manager (no longer be dual boot) and go directly to Windows 10.
