[SOLVED] PLEASE HELP!!!!

This is my first build, I booted into MSI BIOS and from my other PC/Laptop I downloaded creation media tool and run it and installed it on my USB flash drive. But when I try save and reset nothing happens and it goes back to BIOS with nothing changing

What do you mean by "save and reset"?
Did you set the boot option to the usb drive, and it had a little "UEFI:" at the beginning?

save and reset as in BIOS where you get to restart BIOS and save your changes

What are you exactly doing in your bios? With MSI, I believe you have to press F11 on the splash screen and change the boot option to the usb.

I have a B450m Ds3h motherboard

a Radeon RX 580
a AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
a 16gb ram
a 400w EVGA psu
a Seagate 2 tb hdd
a Samsung 1 tb ssd

When I press any of the buttons from the splash screen literally nothing happens it just goes to UEFI

Try spamming F11 before it gets to the UEFI and see if it will get you to the boot menu.

It doesn't matter where, since it is just a usb port. Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

400 Watts PSU for a RX 580 + the rest? You're under. You need to replace that unless you want problems while gaming such as cold reboot or just your PSU blowing up in the future bringing parts with it.

A good quality 500-550 Watts is what you need. For overhead.

The 400W PSU is not enough for your whole PC.

what is the CMOS?

It is like memory that stores bios information and other data, such as date and time. You can search it up, but you can try reseting the cmos by either jumping it with a screwdriver or removing the cmos battery for like a minute and putting it back. Also, make sure you pc is powered off and unplugged while doing this.

EVERYONE I managed to get to F12 BUT when I try to boot with my USB flash drive NOTHING happens, and UEFI does not come before the USB flash drive select

I agree with them, 400W is p low for your rig but I don’t think that is what is causing the problems. Maybe try remaking the windows 10 iso and see what happens.
