I've been playing on an older monitor with my PS4. With the release of the PS5 just around the corner I'm looking to upgrade.

The things I care about are:
1 ms response time
120+ hz refresh rate

Are there any monitors with these qualifications between 150-200$ U.S.?

Even if you found a monitor with 3 ms response time it shouldn't be a problem.
