[SOLVED] Please help.

So I just installed a new bequiet 450w 80 plus bronze PSU. First of all these are my specs, AMD FZ 6300 nVidia geForce 9800 gtx+ 8gb ram hyperx fury ddr3 asus mb. When I start the PC the fans run really loud I'm not sure which fans but it might be the psu ones since thats the component i changed but it also might be all of them or the gpu or idk. So it runs like that and the PC wont boot, sometimes it will and all the fans run normally quietly but yea. Please help.

Did the computer boot before you replaced the PSU?
Did the computer had other issues before replacing PSU?
Have you tried to switch back to old PSU?

Regarding the fan noise, that can't be trouble shoot over the internet - you have to somehow figure out what fan it is, or getting help from somebody local that may provide help for that. Then - are the fan noisy because of speed, you may just be able to pick the fan using some benchmark program like OCCT. If the noise is because a fan have a bad bearing, you should be able to tell by feeling the "sturdiness" of the fan blades (must only be done when the computer is completely turned off).

Yes the PC could boot before I replaced the PSU.
The pc didnt have any issues. And I did try putting the old psu and it works fine. Also I have realized that the sound is coming from the GPU I tried removing the GPU because there is an intergrated just to see if thats the problem but still no boot

Ok, for me it sounds like your new psu is defective.
