I have turned on DOCP and now pc wont start and cant even open bios please help

Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Ryzen 5 3600X Samsung 980Pro
Asus Prime B450MA board 16GB of ram but dont know what i didnt do anything its just a black screen the fans are going bur cant access bios

Should I try resetting CMOS? From what I read I should remove a circle looking battery for 10mins is that right?

first try and reseat ur rams. then reset the cmos

PC isn't going to start without RAM.

No. Just put the battery back in after about five minutes and restart the machine.

no, but before booting up the pc , make sure the rams are seated correctly or else pc's not gonna start , obviously.

I hear fan noises but nothing happens black screen and cant go to bios still after the battery thing. If the ram is dead this would be what happens

try performing a CMOS reset by removing the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, then reinsert it and turn on the pc

I did that it didnt do anything I wrote about it above
