i am buying a p8z68 deluxe, please what 2000 mhz ram can i use thanks

Why would you need 2000MHz RAM?

Memory bandwidth on Sandy brigde does not scale after 1600MHz. The on CPU controller is only 1333MHz anyway.

Just get 1600MHz from known good brands like corsair or kingston.

True. And if DDR3-1600 weren't so common, I'd use DDR3-1333. In fact, if my choices were 1.50 volt DDR3-1333 or 1.65 volt DDR3-1600, I'd choose the -1333 RAM.

But its important to keep in mind Ivy bridge will probably be using a 1600MHz controller. So another reason to consider 1600MHz RAM.

so you are saying that more slower ram is better? becouse i tried 8 gig and 16 gig of 1800 ram and it wouldnt take it.

but the board says it takes up to 32 gig of 1333 and only 8 gig of 1600 or 2000.

would more slow ram 32 gig, be better than less 8 gig fast ram????

If the board only support 1333MHz, only 1333MHz RAM will work on it.
