PLEASE HELP

hey guys, im having issues with my mobo (p55-ud3r)
on boot occasionally i do not get to the POST screen, instead a black screen and im forced to hold the power button and restart that way. The issue is this is getting more and more common, any ideas?

Try a different power supply and check your case connections to the board.
