Please help!!!

I have a pc with config:
CPU : Intel core i3 2120. 3.10 GHZ
RAM : 8GB DDR3 G.Skill.
Monitor Resolution: 1360x768.
The PSU is not that good. It is labled as 600W.. but people who have bought it say it gives only about 300W.. So, Take that as a 300W PSU.
Now, I want to add a new GPU to the system.
Am inclined towards buying an AMD/ATI card..
Purpose and Requirements:
I'm not a heavy gamer and dont need the ultra settings!! I already completed Splinter cell conviction and far cry 3 with my integrated inter 2000 graphics on low settings and 800x600 resolution. And I have no complains.
With the graphics card, am looking forward to play games at a higher resolution, at max 1360x760 at medium to high settings. So, accordingly can you guys please suggest a card?
And, is it justified to spend the extra money for the graphics? Is there a chance of me regretting later? 'cause what matters to me is playing the game, going through the story.. That's what I play the games for. Not the graphics..
And yes, I play FPS games mostly..
How does 5570, 5670 and 6670 compare?
There is no budget fixed.. The money I spend has to be worth the change and it shouldnt be an overkill.

Not a problem so what is your budget centered around. What settings would you like out of your games and outside Far Cry 3 and Splinter Cell do you have any other games that you play that may be intensive?

Get saphhire hd 7750 at newegg.it would easily handle games at that resolution at high settings.hd 7750 will easily work with your psu.

Well lets figure out what he would look graphic wise and how much hes wanting to spend what he is willing to do and not willing to do. I don't want to jump to recommending him just anything.

Oh yes... I play all kind of games.. anything that's a first person shooter. The Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was playing nicely until a graphics intensive part. And it crashed. The about battlefield 3. ya, it didn run atall. Actually, this is the reason why I'm looking forward to buy a card... I want to play these games. The COD series was no problem.. completed the wholething at low settings smoothly. I jus want smooth gameplay (35-40fps, atleast 25-30) at medium (if possible, then only high) settings in battlefield 3, assasins creed 3 and all the latest games to come.
My budget right now is around the $70 mark. but I can extend it upto $90-$95 if I get a satisfactory card..

You are going to have a hard time in that price margin. I would say a 7750 would get you to the front door. But It wouldn't do much for you in BF3. Also keep in mind that a 7750 on its own has a minimum power requirement of 400 watts so I would just a look at your power supply and see how much wattage can be pushed out of your 12v rail.

Ya.. Anything between 3500 and 5500 bucks.. not exceeding 5500.. And is the flipkart pricing ok? or will i get things cheaper in the local electronics market?? like the intel processors on flipkart are rated at a much higher price than what I get it at the market!!

He must be well versed if he is from India.. There's this website we have for our reference pricing.. and there
hd 5570 - Rs 3300
hd 6570- Rs 3900
hd 5670- Rs 4100
hd 6670- Rs 4700
hd 6670(DDR5)- Rs 5600.

And that's my max range.

hd 7750 is at Rs 7200

Another option for me is to wait another month and a half and then buy a 7750.. And that too after adding all the pocket money I get. Is 7750 worth that much extra money over 6670?

And will my PSU take up that load? I have a rubbish PSU.. lolz!! 300W.. nothing more..

Ya, I also thought so.. and what about the PSU?? will it hold up?? I have that Frontec 600W PSU!! lolz.. people say it only gives you about 300W though.. Do I need to change my PSU?

Its okay I just was a bit lost with the currency conversion its a bit hard for me to look at something and know what you are paying. I'm glad Ash was here to look at it for you. I saw the conversions among cards it was just hard to tell what was expensive and what isn't I paid 400 US dollars for my card so I have no idea what that is in the thousands of RS for you.
