Hear is the question is the cpu temp in the bios right i mean is it ambient cpu temp and in windows useing software my temps are much lower what dose this mean do i need a new fan or something :fou:

I trust BIOS readings more than Windows software programs. You didn't list any temps or any specs, so it would be difficult to answer your question rgarding the need for a fan.

bios says
mother board temp 49c
cpu 48c

in windows
core temp1 31c
core temp 2 30c

i have an gigabyte ga-ma780g-ud3h
Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 7850 Black Edition Boxed..

now some one said that the bios one is just the temp in the case not the core temp of the cpu's
