Please help!!!!

I have a Guillemot Geforce256 on a TMC TI5VG+ mobo. If I run windows @ 640x480x16 colours (not bits) the card runs fine. Then if I ramp up the resoloution to anything above this, my monitor goes into standby. The card worked on the motherboard previously. I have tried a different monitor, and it still does the same, and have put my Geforce into a P3 system and it works fine in all resoloutions. Does anybody have any ideas as to what may be causing this???

try re-doing the drivers. Go back to VGA drivers first: Device manager, video adapter, update drivers, display a list, list all, standard, pci vga, finish and reboot. Then install drivers again.
