Solution
Take one stick of RAM out of your computer, if the computer does not turn on then put it back and take the other stick out. If the computer does not turn on no matter what stick of RAM you have in your computer it means the the RAM is not the problem and one of your other components.

Make sure that the monitor is turned on, plugged into the computer properly through the GPU, and make sure both screen and PC are plugged into the wall.
Make sure the switch in the back of your computer (power supply) is turned on.
When you press the power button do the lights come on and do your fans spin? Does nothing happen at all when you push the power button?

Good luck, hope this helps.
