What is a good replacement cpu. for my laptop I have a hp 2000-2c29wm with a amd micro cup with a 1.7ghz AMD e21800accelerated processor m I use it for movie maker for my YouTube I need it to be just like an Intel I5 or similar

I pulled the specs on your laptop. It uses the AMD E2-1800 accelerated processor. 1.70GHz, 1MB L2 Cache.

The chip was built for low power consumption, and not for high performance.

Unfortunately, on a notebook, the only upgrades available would be to add RAM, or to change the hard drive to an SSD.

If you want a different processor, you will need a completely new notebook.
