please i need help for a pc build

ok i need help with parts for a pc, im new to this and i dont know what to get

i have a 850$ australian budget, and i will only buy from these two sites

pccasegear.com

and

scorptec.com.au

those places are close and i trust them

so what is the best pc build i can get with a 900 budget,

i already have windows 10, a friend building it, an antivirus, a keyboard, mouse and a monitor, its just the pc itself in this budget so what can i get?

EDIT and btw i want to do 1080p 60fps medium settings and up if possible
