[SOLVED] Please I need help missing psu cables

So 6 months ago I built my pc, I bagged up all the leftover cables and things and what do you know the next day they were gone. I thought, hmmm maybe my mom cleaned them up and put them somewhere. I asked my mom where she put them, and she 'forgot' where she put them. So I was a little triggered, but I haven't needed cable since However, now I need a single sata power connector. Just one, but I DONT HAVE THE CABLE. What do I do, can I get a sata " splitter" or can I order replacements plz help me before I destroy my whole house looking for the bag with the cablessssss

You can probably go to your local computer repair shop and ask for a molex to sata cable or even an oem sata power cable. Im sure they have plenty lying around. if not, just order online?

So do any sata cables work with any power supply? I thought mixing and matching was really bad as the connectors into the powersupply are different per brand....

If you already have a cable with sata power connectors a splitter would be fine.
