please insert a disk into the removable disk

so it started when i ejected my flashdisk after i ejected the flashdisk i tried plugging it again and it show up as "Removable disk (I)" and when i open it it says "please insert a disk into the removable disk (I)" anyone can help me with this please?

Do you want to recover any data from that flash drive?
I'd recommend that you try it with a different computer to see if the same thing happens. Otherwise you could try changing its letter via Disk Management, to see if that fixes the issue. Here's how to do that: How to change the drive letter assignment in Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP or 2000

i tried it on my friends laptop and my little brother computer didnt detected as well
and i already tried to change the letter assignment still not working

Well I guess that if you don't want to recover any data and you just want to make your flash drive work again, what you are left with, is to try and format it somehow. If this is the case you can try doing that via Disk Management, CMD or better yet - try some of the formatting tools which some manufacturers offer for their devices.
