I've been wanting a new computer for a few years and finally have the means to obtain one so here is what ive picked out so far. I would like a nice reliable comp that will be a nice first build.

Will probably get an sdd in the future.

now the gpu is what im having problems choosing. I dont mind if its nividia or amd. I want to play the current games on high, and id love to play bf3 on high. however im wondering if i should get something to hold me over such as the 560 ti, then get the next gen. or maybe sli the 560 ti's OR 580 then i can sli that in the future. Im open to any amd suggestions but havent really researched them. *Sorry for the run-on sentences, im pretty tired and ive been starring at these forums for too many hours :pt1cable:

Thanks everyone! im pretty excited 😀

i will STRONGLY recomend yo getting the GTX 580 if you want to max out BF3 @1920x1080 with everthing ultra + all filters, if you want to go with something cheaper but still good then get a GTX570 and overclock it a bit to get a performance very close to the GTX 580 and 5-7% better than a GTX 480, if you want to go with AMD instead of getting a GTX 570 you can get a 6970 wich is a really good GPU, or you can try your luck and buy a 6950 2GB version(only the 2GB version) and try to unlock the shaders to make it a TRUE 6970

get the asrock z68 extreme3 motherboard to save some money and then get 2 6950 2gb cards. +1 for the sapphire dirt3 edtion. get it from amazon free shipping
change your ram to the corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz memory low profile saves a few dollars
you do not have to pay for shipping on the asus dvd burner if you buy it from amazon
then get this psu it is 99$ shipped after you add its promo code- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027
