These are the parts I've selected. Please tell me if a part wont' work with anything. I only $1300 To spend and this Rig is a tad over it. But that's fine. Will The PSU Be fine?

the first thing i would change is the mobo, which provides the same features, for a lower price:

and what resolution do you play at? what games do you play (plan on playing) and how many monitors do you have?

and as ive said before, its really not worth investing in such high-end cards, when the next generation cards come out blowing the previous generation away at a lower cost/less heat/less noise/ less space. it actually works out better to go for mid-range cards or mid-high end cards and upgrade every so often ($459 for a gtx580 now could also be 2 high end card upgrades in the future).

also newer generation cards sport new features too eg how DirectX gets updated.

and anyway for the price of that single gtx 580 you could get 2 6950s, which severely outperform a single gtx 580:
